Mr. Chavarria is a bilingual (Spanish/English) addition to CCAI as a General Superintendent overseeing the direct construction and tenant finish of multiple projects. He provides 30 years of construction experience in hands-on finish work, organizing subcontractors, and time management of projects. His close interaction between clients and contractors promotes an on-time, clean, and successful conclusion to his projects.

Notable Projects

Mr. Chavarria worked for 4 years in an opencast mine, “Hercules Coahuila Mexico” development, which included 50 homes, one movie theater and general offices. He worked for 4 years at DGCOP helping to construct a 30-mile stretch of state highway, parts of which included utility line installation up to 36” and concrete pavement for city streets.

Career History

Prior to working for CCAI, Mr. Chavarria founded a general contractor business in Denver, CO, that performed concrete to roofing on exterior projects and drywall finish, floor finish, and appliance installation on the interior projects, including homes, apartments, and office buildings. Mr. Chavarria spent the first years of his long construction career working in Mexico and the past 16 years working in Colorado.
